As an IAI employee with a formal legal education, Jason is uniquely situated to work as both a retirement plan administrator and legal counsel.  Jason’s work focuses on tax-qualified defined contribution plan consulting and administration as well as non-qualified executive deferred compensation plan consulting and design.  He is also qualified to represent plan sponsors in matters related to IRS and Dept. of Labor qualified plan correction programs.  Jason received a BA in Labor Studies and Philosophy from San Francisco State University and a JD from the University of California at Davis School of Law.
