Contribution Plans
We also provide a full range of administrative services for
profit sharing, cross-tested, age-weighted, target benefit, money purchase and
401(k) plans. Included in our annual administrative services are:
calculation of maximum (overall corporate) deductions, allocation of employer
contributions, including “cross-tested” and “age-weighted,” allocations
of forfeitures, allocations of investment earnings, compliance testing and
corrections (if any) for maximum annual additions, maximum deferral limits, and
non-discrimination testing, and calculation of vested balances.
We provide an allocation report for the employer with a summary of
contributions, testing results, and investment summary by participant. We will
also prepare the 5500 series forms for Internal Revenue Service and Department
of Labor compliance, and preparation of the Summary Annual Report for
distribution to participants. Also included are benefit statements for
distribution to each participant which indicate his or her status in the plan.
IAI maintains complete computer records to accurately reflect the cumulative
status of each participant in the plan.
We work with plans that offer individual participant trust accounts, as well as
pooled accounts.
