Compliance Testing -- Nondiscrimination, minimum coverage, minimum participation, and/or top-heavy testing (routine compliance testing is included with standard administrative service agreement).

Plan Termination -- IRS and/or PBGC compliance as appropriate; individual employee benefit distribution calculations; sufficiency determination.  Preparation of resolution to freeze or terminate, calculation of final benefit amounts, preparation of employee benefit notices, PBGC and IRS filings.

Employee Communications --  Presentations to employees; special year-end certificates and benefit projections.

Participant Loan Set-up and Documentation -- Plan loan policy, promissory notes, amortization schedules.
